In this evening litigation seminar, Hon. Judge Trentacosta and Hon. Judge Caietti will present on trial and evidentiary issues unique to a Probate Court practice on topics such as hearsay and examining minor witnesses. Both judges will draw from their wealth of experience with trial and evidentiary issues encountered during their service in private practice and on the bench. Those who attended the well-received evidence presentation given to PASD by Judge Trentacosta in the Fall of 2018 know that this will undoubtedly be another fantastic program.

Dinner will start at 5:30pm and the program will run from 6:00pm - 7:30pm
