Our Speaker, Miles Grant, Esq., is a principal of Grant & Kessler, APC who has been practicing in San Diego almost 40 years.  Mr. Grant's practice is mostly in the area of collections.  He renders collection services for banks, other lenders, businesses and individuals, attorneys, law firms and other professionals.  Mr. Grant applies practical considerations to all collection cases based on the size of the case and the circumstances of the debtor.  In this CLE, Mr. Grant will discuss, with a probate and trust emphasis, what steps to take and procedures to follow once a judgement is entered to successfully collect the judgement.
