The Honorable Julia C. Kelety, Associate Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division One, will be returning to PASD to provide an informative presentation on appeals. Justice Kelety will present on the appellate process, when it makes sense to appeal a probate case and when it does not, what mistakes to avoid, and what the appellate court needs to effectively review a case.
