We have three experienced banking professionals who have agreed to be on the “firing line” to answer our questions about dealing with banks in a variety of circumstances we, as probate professionals, encounter in our practices. Issues will include opening trust and estate accounts; obtaining documents related to a decedent’s accounts; dual-signature accounts; opening and accessing blocked and CUTMA accounts; and common issues bankers see in this field.
