Mr. Pirrello and Ms. Jacobo will address hot topics in elder abuse, including the types of elder abuse commonly being perpetuated in the community, the standards and evidence required to prosecute criminal elder abuse, tips on how to avoid and/or alleviate potential elder abuse situations, and the role of Adult Protective Services. The hot topics they address will undoubtedly carry over to situations involving probate and civil cases.
